Call of the Wild - Steak & Game Blend

Whether you bag your tablefare in the great outdoors or find it at the local butcher, this savory blend will bring the spirit of the wild to your table.
This is an excellent blend for the outdoorsman or backyard griller.  (Great in the oven too!)  In addition to steak and game, it is wonderful for prime rib, pork chops, chicken or duck.  Season meats just before cooking or let them marinate in the rub overnight for a more intense flavor.

Blended from paprika, garlic, onion, basil, thyme, Greek oregano, mustard, ancho chile, spices and salt.
