Backyard Chophouse Butcher Rub

This blend is a great grilling mixture.  The term “Butcher’s Rub” refers to a dry coarse ground and cracked combination of herbs, peppers, salts, and seasonings.  This is a traditional mid-west style seasoning, one that Dad will love.
